Our Service Timeline

At Transcending Gardens, we follow a structured workflow to ensure that each project meets our high standards of excellence and client satisfaction. Here’s what you can expect when you choose to work with us:

1. Initial Contact: Reach out to us, and you’ll be greeted by a knowledgeable member of our team who will be your initial point of contact.
2. Understanding Your Needs: We’ll ask you several questions to better understand your requirements and ascertain whether our services align well with your project goals.
3. Scheduling a Meeting: If we’re a good match, we will arrange an initial consultation, typically scheduled between 5 to 8 days from your call.
4. Consultation: During this approximately one-hour meeting, we will dive deeper into your vision, asking questions and listening attentively to every detail of your desired landscape.
5. Quotation: Within 36 hours following our visit, we will provide you with a detailed quote outlining the scope of services.
6. Design Phase Kick-off: Upon acceptance of the quote, we will collect the design fee and begin crafting your landscape designs.
7. Design Review: We’ll schedule a follow-up visit to walk through the proposed designs on your property, ensuring everything aligns with your expectations.
8. Revisions: We are committed to your complete satisfaction and will work with you through any necessary revisions to the plan.
9. Project Scheduling: Once the design is finalized, we will schedule the construction phase at a time that is convenient for you.
10. Project Execution: As we commence work, our team ensures minimal disruption, guiding you through each step of the process and striving to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
